We’ve put together a simple guide to glazing your ham, our fave glaze recipes, and the answers to the common questions about our hams. Enjoy!

Ham. It. Up.

It’s always ham time at our place. Sliced in sandwiches, diced in quiche, simmered in soup or big, bigger, biggest at the Christmas table. Yum yum.

To cook, or to chill?

Your ham is safe to eat straight out of the packaging but we reckon cooking with a glaze turns up the taste and is way easier than people think. A little effort here will definitely win you a few friends!

Cook once, feed for days

One of the best things about cooking up a big ham is the leftovers. Keep covered with a damp tea towel or ham bag, slice what you need and repeat. Keep moist and you can get a good few meals out of it!

feed a few or a crowd

No matter how many you’re feeding, we’ll have a ham size to suit. From a quarter champagne ham to keep two people well fed for a couple of days, to a whole ham on the bone, 8-10kg of table centrepiece sure to feed a crowd and then some.
